Hello everyone, I'm Vicky. I graduated from Zhejiang Yanzhou Teachers' School. Initially, I was set to work in education, but due to education reforms, I had the opportunity to study international trade as well. Before graduating, I started my first business—a convenience store in a newly developed market. Six months later, I sold the business and earned my first significant profit. After living in the U.S. for over a decade, I’ve worked in various industries such as dining, service, sales, and education. My extensive experience in restaurant management, sales, and communication has given me a deep understanding of operations and team organization, improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

In addition, I have substantial knowledge of home construction and maintenance, allowing me to make sound decisions in various situations to ensure the property's quality and safety.

I treat every property we manage as if it were my own, saving landlords where possible and spending where necessary. When tenants report issues, I try to assist remotely to save costs for landlords while resolving tenant concerns quickly.
