Zach Liu

Zach is the President of AMGA Property Management and AMGA Realty, as well as a founding partner of Grandview Investment Partners. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in various industries, but my passion has always been real estate. Over the years, I’ve been a top real estate agent and property manager, delivering exceptional services to clients across the U.S. and overseas.

My greatest satisfaction comes from helping clients achieve their dream homes or facilitating smooth property sales. With over a decade of real estate investment experience, I also assist clients in making sound investment decisions, treating every client’s investment property as if it were my own. My vision for AMGA Property Management is to carefully manage every property in our care, maximizing both short-term and long-term returns for our valued clients.

Zach holds a PhD in Economic Geography from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s in Computer Science from Georgia Tech. Outside of work, Zach enjoys sports, music, and being a proud father of two wonderful children.
