Landlord Deposit
We process landlord transfers around the 15th of each month and send a detailed income and expense report for the month. After signing the agreement, we will need landlords to provide their bank account information to set up monthly automatic transfers. According to IRS requirements, we also need you to complete and sign Form W-9 (for U.S. tax residents) or Form W-8 (for non-U.S. tax residents) before we can transfer rent payments. If this form is not completed, we are required to withhold 15% of your rental income as personal income tax and submit it to the IRS. Please confirm which form you need to fill out based on your tax residency, and we will provide detailed instructions.
