Lease Renewal
We typically notify tenants 60-90 days before their lease expires. Before discussing renewal with the tenant, we conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the current market rent levels to determine if an adjustment is necessary. If a rent adjustment is required, we inform the tenant in advance and negotiate with them. Once both parties reach an agreement, we provide the tenant with a renewal agreement outlining the new rent, lease term, and other relevant terms. Our ultimate goal is to retain high-quality tenants and provide landlords with consistent, stable rental income.
